Resolve "Update for cppTango 9.5.x"

- Change cout, cout2, cout3 to the new TANGO_LOG macros
- Add using std::endl and using std::bad_alloc to main.cpp
- Correct tango.h inclusion path
- Correct eventconsumer.h inclusion path
- Change C++ standard to C++14
